Get all workflows

## Parameters

### ` limit ` (query, optional)

Number of items (default 20, max 100)

- ` value `: type ` integer `

### ` offset ` (query, optional)

Offset for pagination (default 0)

- ` value `: type ` integer `

### ` q ` (query, optional)

Search in name + description (ILIKE, max 256 chars)

- ` value `: type ` string `

### ` status ` (query, optional)

Filter by status (active|paused|draft|archived)

### ` type ` (query, optional)

Filter by trigger type

### ` actions ` (query, optional)

Filter by node types (any-match, max 50). Repeat or comma-join.
